I’m Barbara Soares, a dietitian graduated in Brazil in 2015. During the past seven years I have participated in research groups focused on children eating behavior and work with young/adults in their weight loss process focused in prevention and treatment of diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol and promotion of health. My work is to help my clients to reach their goals with sustainable and individualized strategies to realistic lifestyle chances.
